Cereal grasses contain the full vitality of nature and can be energy boosters. The juice extracted from cereal grasses has been valued by mankind since time immemorial. Cereal grasses contain many essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes and protein compounds and are rich in fiber and chlorophyll. Grasses are also important for a good mental balance, as they can stabilize the human being. In our production process the young plants are harvested and then immediately dried. Some of them are pressed into tablets. Our wheatgrass, barley grass, spelt grass and alfalfa are commercially available in powder and tablet form. The powder dissolves immediately in lukewarm water and can be enjoyed before or between meals. A teaspoon of powder stirred into apple juice, almond, soy or rice milk tastes delicious. The powder can also be sprinkled over food, adding a spicy touch to the meal. Not used to the taste? Why not opt for the tablets, which are convenient for the office or travel.
